How the Journey Works

Travelling to Dublin for a major concert can feel overwhelming, especially when thousands of fans are heading in the same direction. That’s why Irish Concert Travel provides a dedicated same-day return bus to Big Thief at 3Arena on 29th April 2026. Our service is designed with music fans in mind, offering comfort, reliability, and convenience while removing the stress of late-night logistics.

Our coaches operate from regional hubs across Ireland, covering areas such as the West, North West and Midlands. Exact pickup points and times are included in your booking confirmation, ensuring you know exactly where and when to board. All you need to do is arrive at your stop a little early, bring your confirmation, and enjoy a smooth ride to the concert.

Each coach journey is easy — there are no transfers or complicated public connections to worry about. Our drivers know the Dublin routes well, especially around North Wall Quay and the 3Arena coach parking zones. That means you can expect to arrive in good time before doors open, leaving enough space to grab refreshments, find your seat, and relax before Big Thief take the stage.

After the concert ends, your coach will be waiting. The bus departs 30 minutes after the concert ends. Once everyone is safely on board, the return journey begins, bringing you back to your original departure point without delays or hassle. It’s the most reliable way to ensure you don’t miss a moment of the show while avoiding the stress of late-night travel arrangements.

Helpful travel tips:

  • Arrive at your chosen pickup location at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time
  • Bring a copy or screenshot of your booking confirmation to show the driver
  • Alcohol is not permitted onboard our services
  • Hot Food and Hot Drinks are not permitted onboard our services
  • To locate the Coach after the concert ends we recommend passengers send themselves their current whatsapp location when exiting the bus and to take the drivers number

Our services operate along the most direct routes to the concerts, and we have limited the number of collection/drop off points, with the aim of reducing the travel times to and from your favourite events.

Irish Concert Travel reserves the right to adjust travel routes as necessary to optimise efficiency and scheduling.

Choosing the bus to Big Thief at 3Arena offers significant advantages over other transport options. Driving into Dublin can mean navigating heavy concert traffic and paying steep parking fees near the venue, not to mention the challenge of staying alert on the late drive home. Taxis after concerts are often scarce and expensive, and late-night trains may not align with the end of the show. With Irish Concert Travel, all of these concerns disappear — you’re guaranteed a seat, a clear schedule, and a safe ride home.

The coach journey itself often becomes part of the night’s atmosphere. Sharing the road with fellow Big Thief fans adds to the anticipation on the way in, with conversations buzzing about favourite songs, albums, and setlist predictions. On the return, that same energy transforms into shared reflection — swapping highlights, reliving moments, and maybe humming a chorus or two together. It’s more than just travel; it’s an extension of the concert experience itself.

When you book your coach ticket, you’re ensuring peace of mind as well as convenience. With your transport organised, all that’s left to do is immerse yourself in Big Thief’s spellbinding performance at one of Ireland’s premier venues. Let us take care of the road while you focus on the music, the memories, and the magic of the night.
