About Florence & The Machine

Florence & The Machine is the acclaimed British indie rock and baroque pop band led by Florence Welch. The album was an instant success, climbing the UK charts and winning the Brit Award for Best British Album. From there, Florence & The Machine established themselves as one of the most distinctive voices in modern alternative music, known for Welch’s powerful vocals, poetic lyricism, and the band’s sweeping, orchestral production style.

Over the years, the band has released several critically acclaimed albums including Ceremonials (2011), How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful (2015), High As Hope (2018), and Dance Fever (2022). Each era has brought a unique evolution — from gothic grandeur and ethereal soundscapes to raw introspection and dance-inspired energy. Tracks such as “Shake It Out”, “Spectrum (Say My Name)”, and “Ship to Wreck” have cemented the band’s place among festival headliners and critical favorites worldwide.
